How can I book the villa?

Each villa booking is subject to a seasonal rental agreement. It must be signed within 10 days and accompanied by a deposit payment.

The booking becomes final upon receipt of the signed contract and the deposit payment.

A deposit is required upon signing the contract to confirm the booking. It must be paid by bank transfer.
The balance of the stay must be paid by bank transfer one week before arrival.
A cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Yes, but certain conditions apply:

  • In the event of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the deposit remains retained by the owner.
  • If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the booking remains confirmed and no refund will be issued.
  • In the event of an early departure, no refund will be granted.

In the event of an exceptional cancellation by the owner, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Any request to modify the dates must be made as early as possible.
The modification will depend on the availability of the villa for the requested new dates.

Check-in: generally in the late afternoon, depending on the arrival time of the last ferry from Pointe-à-Pitre (around 6 pm).

Check-out: between 10 am and 12 pm, depending on the villa’s occupancy.

Times may be adjusted if the villa is available.

Yes. An inventory and condition report are carried out upon arrival and departure to verify the condition of the house and its equipment.

A security deposit is required. It will be refunded no later than two weeks after departure, after verification of the condition of the property and deduction of any repair or cleaning costs if applicable.

The villa is rented for a specific number of guests, as stated in the rental agreement.
Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

No, pets are not allowed in the villa.

The villa is intended for private residential use.
Events, large gatherings, filming or photoshoots are not permitted.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, guests must:

  • respect the property and its equipment,
  • follow safety rules and not use hazardous electrical equipment,
  • not smoke inside the house,
  • respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood,
  • avoid noise after 10 pm.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory.
It is payable in cash upon arrival.
Even though this service is included, guests are asked to:

  • empty the trash,
  • put away the dishes.

Yes. It is possible to request additional cleaning during your stay.
The request must be made in advance in order to organize the service.

The owner insures the property and its belongings.
However, guests are advised to have travel insurance, usually included in home insurance policies.

Any incident (water damage, fire, theft, etc.) must be reported to the owner and/or the local representative within 24 hours.

Welcome is provided on site by Florence, our local representative.
She will assist you upon arrival and introduce you to the villa.

Yes. If needed during your stay, Florence is your on-site contact and can be reached if necessary.

Yes, the villa is registered as a seasonal rental in accordance with regulations.

Yes, a tourist tax is applied in accordance with local regulations. It must be paid on site.
